As Portlanders we enjoy a rich tradition of neighborhood involvement. Neighborhoods are empowered to take action on issues of livability that lead to collaborative efforts.

Central Northeast Neighbors (CNN) is a community-based non-profit coalition of eight neighborhoods East of NE 33rd to I-205 and North of I-84 to the Columbia River.

CNN has volunteer representatives on the CNN Board of Directors and provides neighborhood support with community involvement & organizing, safety & livability, and urban planning.

The CNN Board welcomes all neighbors on 1st Wednesdays @ 7pm, in the CNN Community Room 4415 NE 87th Avenue.
